  I wanted badly to give this place 5 stars but unfortunately they have made some changes over the years that make it feel less hospitable. For example, I want to use the valet service but instead of paying the man taking my car I have to pay the Hotel, and I seriously doubt they are making up the loss of tips to the people doing the job.
  
  I had lunch in the atrium and the service was a good and the people were personable. The food was good. We only had one issue with what we ordered and the kitchen made it right.
  
  Rooms are fairly priced for what you get, and the room service is good. The only complaint is the tendency of guest to leave their finished trays and dishes outside their doors for the employees to take back to the kitchen but the trays sit there for hours.

  Beautiful view. Excellent food. Rooms clean, comfortable but very dated. I think they might be going for the look. I don't prefer. I like a lighter more modern room. The bathroom was great too. Staff, um well nothing special and a bit off.... Overall I would go again I loved it. The hotel is relaxing has a beautiful lobby and bar. Bar is great with a creative friendly bartender.

  This is one of the top two places I have personally stayed. The rooms are very nice with big bathrooms, plenty of options of rooms to choose, and a beautiful center lobby. I simply can't say enough good things about this place. My fiancee and I stayed the night after attending a wedding here. The staff were very accommodating and attentive. From what I could tell, cleanliness and sanitation were also very strong here. With the spa, chateau grill, in-house theater, sweet shoppe, and childcare facilities and staff, everything you need to enjoy a weekend away is located here. We will definitely be back.
